Recently I've felt myself being bogged down and dragging, both mentally and physically. In an effort to feel lighter, I have taken up meditating before bedtime. I first was introduced to the benefits of medication in my Peace Studies class two years ago and absolutely love it! If you have never practiced meditation before, this is a great article to read for guidance and tips. My favorite for of mediation is when I repeat a positive mantra or affirmation, although I love walking meditations as well!
