After an extra indulgent weekend, I'm ready to buckle down and get my diet under control. My colleague and I were talking about our preferred methods to lose weight - hers is by cutting back calories and mine is mainly by increasing workouts and moving my body. Given my lackluster success so far, I clearly need to cut back calories as well. This week is all about revamping my current routine and doing the hard work.
