My Fourth 101 in 1001 Progress Report

Sharing progress reports every six months definitely holds me accountable for my 101 in 1001 list. As you know, my goal for the summer is to get 25 more items checked off because I've fallen so far behind. I'm happy to report I've made some headway and hopefully will check many more off on the second half of summer. I'm anticipating a much more busy July / August / September so stay tuned.

Completed

Finishing an needlepoint project. This was so much fun and I met some really wonderful people this way! I'm eager to grow my project collection, but it's nice to have a hobby that I can connect with people over.

Purchasing a Kate Schelter Bain de Soleil painting (and a bonus butter one!). They have yet to arrive, but to know me is to know my love of both Bain de Soliel and butter!

Finding a Neighborhood Church. I wanted to find one when I lived in NY, but I really struggled with finding a local church. When I moved to Florida it just became easier. I don't know if it's because I can easily drive there, but I finally found a church I like.

Writing a NY Guide. It took forever to finally do, but I finished my guide and it's officially been checked off my list! It only took my moving to Florida to do it.

In Progress:

Reaching 1000 followers on the Towerhouse instagram. Algorithm challenges aside - it's hard to constantly post and share content that is thoughtful, creative and still authentic! I'm working on building my following, but I am so thankful to have the ones I do now. I'd rather have a lower amount of people who genuinely enjoy what I share vs a high follower count of people who don't engage with what I post.

Writing 50 Handwritten Notes! This is a bit more difficult than I thought it would be. I'm finding myself grasping for people to write to, but that's ok!

Preparing a Palm Beach Guide. Considering my NY guide took so long to write I can only go up! Hopefully I'll have this one ready to go by the end of the summer.

Up Next:

I really want to focus on professional goals and my friends + family. It's been easy to check off the things that are personal to me, but I want to stretch myself and reconnect with people and grow professionally. It's always easier said than done, but I am motivated to have a strong finish to this journey I'm on.

ARS xx
