Summer Spinning

I don't know about you, but when I go to the gym by myself I usually do a half-hearted cardio routine and maybe a couple of weights. (My former trainer would have a heart attack reading this) I would watch (in horror) everyone sweat in a cramped room with as many stationary bicycles that would fit. Well, all of this changed one day at 6am!

I spontaneously attended my first spinning class... I found myself doing extreme cardio while incorporating push ups in between hills (and listening to crazy techno). What helped was my instructor inspiring (and yelling) at us to keep moving. Let me tell you, I am converted and totally get the addiction now!
