Because I have been spending so much time travelling, I decided that the end of March would be an ideal time for me to try the cleanse again. As we all know, I failed the last time but I have gotten a few tips from my old boss and scheduled a massage at exhale spa (that I won in the same basket) the last day of the cleanse. I have a feeling that my body will desperately need this and with all the support I am going to rise to the challenge!
