I'm struggling because I need to take a pause and stay off my feet for the week due to a minor foot injury. I'm frustrated because I finally nailed down a pilates and yoga routine that works for me but I definitely need straight cardio to take my weight loss to the next level! I'm hoping that staying off my feet this week will do the trick. I've been in go go go mode in all aspects of my life and this is a good reminder that pausing is good for you and required for healing.
