A collab that is currently living rent free in my mind is the Simonsits X ODLR dog bow collection. If you aren't following Isabelle, who runs the @simonsits instagram account you need to. It's maybe the best follow you will make this year. Her instagram is dedicated to foster dogs she takes care of, along with her adorable dog Simon. There is always a heartwarming tale and it just. may inspire you to foster a dog! Below are a few images from the campaign. I may be biased, but this may be one of the best campaigns I've seen in a long time - dogs and fashion are the bright spot I need right now!

Wednesday Style Notes

Every season I try to pull fresh outfit inspiration, but since moving to Florida I find myself gravitating to creams and pinks time and time again. While the past few seasons I've skewed more relaxed, recently I've been feeling a bit dowdy and I'm looking to switch it up just a little bit. Of course I'm not hanging up my favorite caftans, but I want to go a little bit more playful and maybe raise the hemlines this year! Think luxe pink pants and bright pink skirts, slinky dresses, mini dresses, and playful shorts - all in my favorite colors and appropriate for South Florida. Below are a few notes and images that have inspired me as I curate and edit my wardrobe accordingly. 

Starting off with a slinky and a just daring enough for me dress. I'm not a big fan of cutouts, but this dress would be fun for a night out or in Miami. 

I love this shocking pink skirt paired with a simple tank top - so island chic! Enough said.

Pretty white shorts paired with a t-shirt is a classic and timeless outfit that, depending on the accessories and fabric, can take you from the beach, poolside, and to cocktail hour. 

This outfit is everything I'm searching for right now - pale pink pants, a casual top and a straw bag. Leopard shoes are the icing on the cake! 

I love this for cooler days. You can never go wrong with easy pants and a cream sweater. The metallic sneakers and neutral tote add a touch of cool to this outfit, taking it to the next level.

Early Summer Outfit Inspiration

Living in a forever summer climate is great. I love never having to check the weather, never worrying about having a jacket, and I get to really lean into a happy and colorful wardrobe. That being said, my closet has gotten a bit out of control. There are too many patters and colors and I'm a bit overwhelmed as I pack for England. While I have plenty of airy, lightweight fabrics I don't have too many in solid colors. This summer I'm determined to simplify and get back to colors that are wearing everywhere - not just Florida!  Below are a few pins inspiring my more neutral summer wardrobe.

Memorial Day Outfit Inspiration

I'm a fashion girl through and through, so I love pulling outfit inspiration pictures. There is something so fun about planning different looks and making something your own. I always felt like I could be more creative in the summer season,  just because it called for color and chic all white looks. I'm a tried and true classic style girl. I go back to the same staples time after time and whileI don't have a "formula" I do have a few pieces that are very similar, but just different to justify a purchase! As I've gotten older I've gotten into the habit of bulk buying something I love. There is nothing worse than when a cup of coffee is spilled on your favorite white tee and you don't have a backup! Mid-Winter Style Inspiration

Can you believe it's already February? Usually January feels like the longest month, but this year it felt like the month flew by. I have so much to celebrate this year and I've found myself wanting to shop for the numerous events coming up. While I wish I could go on a shopping spree, I have a few major trips planned as well as a goal to meet so I need to save up as much as possible. This means once again being extra intentional about purchases and mainly shopping my closet! Now that my clothes are starting to fit again, I'll be able to expand my options even more. Florida in January Wardrobe Inspiration

Oh, how my winter wardrobe has changed since my New York days! I have truly embraced the winter in Florida style and I love it because it's while warm enough to wear lighter clothes, you can still get cozy without the bulky jackets. It's a great time to embrace winter whites and long, festive dresses because of the cooler but not cold weather! I've especially been gravitating towards warmer but still colorful dresses with a sweater over my shoulder. Below are a few images inspiring me as I dress up and get out there this season!

I haven't had to travel home for Christmas since college, so I'm a bit rusty when it comes to holiday travel looks. It's also been a long time since college and my days of travel have been limited during Covid, so I've already been thinking about what I'm going to wear! November Travel Outfit Inspiration

I'm already dreading traveling for the holidays which is problematic because I haven't even booked my flights home yet. There is something so unappealing about the crowds and stress that has me wanting to stay in Florida. That being said I'm eager to bring out my fall wardrobe and wear all of the cozy clothes I miss. When I travel I like cozy and comfortable but still chic. I'll also need to keep in mind a need for a warm jacket or sweater for the plane.
