After a spicy end to last week, I was ready for the weekend. It's amazing what working out and mediation has done for me the past few months. Being able to shift my mindset in time for the weekend was a game changer and I realized just how impactful these small tweaks to my routine has been to my mindset. I'm someone who does best with a routine and I'm finally getting into one down here. Spending time outside, working out, cooking every Sunday and taking time to mediate every day has done wonders for me. Below are a few pins inspiring me as I work on my routine and what works best for me.
