Currently...
Rescheduling my spa week. I'm able to work a handful of hours each week now, so it makes more sense for me to schedule a spa week for one when I don't have to run three auctions in one week. I'm considering having a spa weekend this weekend - weather pending! It's the ultimate treat to be able to pamper myself.
Surprising myself with how great my plants are doing! I wanted a little project to focus on during quarantine and I'm glad I picked gardening. It's been really fun and rewarding to watch my little plants grow. I'm excited about my strawberries beginning to berry and am just waiting for when my Zinnias to flower!
Having mixed feelings about the dress I preordered through Moda Operandi being cancelled. On one hand I'm really happy to have the extra money to add back into my May budget, but on the other hand I was really looking forward to that new dress from Agua de Agua Bendita Lima! I have no room in my budget for clothes right now, so this was going to be a treat I was going to savor. Since my income has come to an almost standstill, any extra money that is coming in will be going directly towards covering my four walls. There will be room for new clothes in a future budget and I could have much, much bigger problems!
Using what I have instead of buying more. I had a really bad habit of buying something new even when I had something similar stocked away. While I'm kicking myself now for my frivolous spending, I'm grateful that I do have little luxuries to fall back on - like face masks and other beauty products.
Trying to get back on track with my workout regimen. I started out really strong with my Tone It Up routine for exactly 20 days, but fell off the wagon 8 days before the full plan was over. Today I'm starting it back up again, because I definitely saw results within the first two weeks and would like to get somewhat back on track.
Happy May,
ARS xx
