Yoga With Adrienne
I don't work out. Period. Or maybe I should rewrite that sentence and change it to "I don't work out, unless it involves Yoga With Adrienne". Years ago I was looking for free yoga classes as an alternative to a gym and studio classes and landed on Adrienne's page. I was totally blown away and excited to sign up for her annual January practice, where she shares 30 days of new free yoga classes as part of a challenge. Since my first January journey I have been consistent in my practice ever since. She provides a monthly calendar, which makes it so easy to follow along and is so positive and calming it's easy to be inspired. Each practice is 20-30 minute long (there are a few longer and longer too!) and even when I'm not in the mood to do one, I force myself to and leave the mat smiling and happy. There is a class for everyone and almost every mood, so I encourage you to give it a try!
