Yesterday I was inspired to take a 10 mile walk and I've been a bit in a daze ever since. After a week of letting things slide, I felt the urge to catch up on everything I didn't do - including walking every day. Needless to say, my body is feeling the walk today and I definitely didn't get as much done as I wanted to this weekend! That being said, tonight I have a lot of cooking ahead of me as well as some much needed stretching and planning. Below are a few pins inspiring me to space out my workouts and to-do list instead of trying to jam it all in on the weekend!
