Ways to Reenergize Yourself this June

Last weekend could have been better for me. Coming off of a busy week and an even busier Memorial Day weekend it was clear that I needed to get in some major relaxation. I ultimately ended up clearing my schedule, running a few time sensitive errands, and just focusing on feeling back to normal. I wanted to start my birthday month off with a weekend focused on self-care and recharging my batteries and my mission was accomplished! Below are a three things I did to set myself up for a successful month. 

My pilates studio is my happy place and you can bet I ran there Saturday morning. I always feel the best mix of energized and relaxed - slightly contradictory, I know, but if you took a class with me you know what I mean! If you can't make it to a reform class, there are a million great mat pilates classes on youtube.

A friend introduced me to a health & wellness/crystal store. If that didn't sell me on it, they have an incredible PEMF mat in the back that is perfect for recharging. I always feel so energized after spending 20 minutes on the mat - so much so that I am dying to treat myself to one from Higherdose

I ended the weekend with the Tammy Fender epi-peel face & body mask and a long bath. I'm in love with anything Tammy Fender does and I wanted to really treat myself. I also have these incredible Rose and Sage bath salts that are perfect for when I want to make my bath feel extra luxurious.
