Staying Motivated at the Gym

I've been really good about sticking to my fitness and meditation routine, which is major for me. Historically I've been known to fall off the wagon after a couple of weeks, but I'm feeling extra motivated to stay on track this year. With multiple family weddings and trips planned I need to stay focused and on track if I intend to get back to my fighting weight and stay there. Investing in my workouts has helped with keeping me motivated and seeing results. That being said, sometimes I just need a bit more to get me in the mood to work out. 

Workout clothes are so pricy these days and are a major splurge for me. My older workout clothes are starting to show their wear and tear so there is a real need to upgrade my outfits. That being said, I've been playing around with different colors instead of my normal black and white looks and have been having fun! I really love Alo Yoga, Athleta, and AllAccess. 


Having a great playlist is always a game changer, especially when it comes to workouts. I've spent a lot of time curating different playlists and I need to make a workout one so I'm not frantically hitting next as much as I do. I don't know about you, but I always feel like I may fall over when I'm distracted during my cardio. 

I've been doing pilates reformer research. I don't see myself giving up on my classes any time soon, but once I get my own house I would love to get one of my own. I'm so pleasantly surprised that I love this workout as much as I do and I'd love to spend more time playing around on one! 

Slow and steady will win this race,
