It only took 34 years, but this summer I learned that, like most people, I thrive when I have a routine. Since the holidays, my routine has been out of whack and my body was really feeling the instability. Last week I took matters into my own hands and not only got back on track but also I'm being proactive with making plans around what works best for me. This week I'm continuing to get back into my regular schedule and I'm going to focus on taking it up a notch. Below are a few pins inspiring me as I continue to work on my routine and make it better.
