There is something so comfortable when establishing a routine. I've built a simple routine that works well for me, but I'm looking forward to layering onto it this month. It seems crazy to be adding onto a routine mid-holiday season but I'm going to focus on carving out time in the morning for meditation in addition to my scheduled workouts. I'm looking forward to deepening my self care routine and while it may seem silly scheduling the time to take care of myself each week, it makes all the difference. Below are a fe wpins inspiring me to build out two new things I want to add t my weekly schedule.
