I'm very much so on a health kick and not only am I revamping my workout routine, but I'm revisiting my diet as well. I'm trying to incorporate more salads and lighter dinners into my diet instead of the heavy meals I've been favoring. I'm also eating out way less and am looking forward to getting back into meal planning this weekend. I'm more motivated than ever to get back into shape and a big part of that is my diet. Below are three dinner recipes I'm eager to make with my parents, while they are still in town.
Balsamic Steak & Gorgonzola Salad with Grilled Corn
