Living with my parents again has had it's highs and lows. On one hand, I've made major strides when it comes to my financial goals but at the same time I feel like I've been on a major spending spree. Once I hit my 6 month emergency fund goal I decided to up my 401k contribution and then kind of stopped following a budget. This month I'm focusing on Baby Step 3B (down payment for a mortgage) and getting back on track. I'm realizing that if I ever want to move out of my parents home and BUY a house (not rent!) then I need to buckle down for a few more months to a year and save every penny I can. Below are a few pins inspiring me to stay focused and to keep my eye on the prize.
