Cooking a few different meals for the freezer. I have a feeling they will be coming in handy the next couple of weeks, so I might as well cook up a storm while I have the time. Now I just need to narrow down my options!

Enjoying a week of beautiful flowers, window shopping, and a little bit of normalcy. It's these little wins that feel so wonderful and inspire me throughout the week. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy this for the rest of the summer and fall.

Praying for all those facing hardship right now.  Every morning, when I walk past the food pantry line, I get the very real and emotional reminder that things could be much worse. If this season of life has taught me anything, it's to be thankful for what I have and to not underestimate the power of faith and hope.

Rethinking signing up for a farm share. I wish I went for it earlier this summer, but time got away and I didn't have a steady paycheck. Now that I have some sort of normalcy I'm thinking maybe it's time to sign up for the farm share. Can you tell food is on my mind?

Dressing for myself a bit more. Work has a pretty strict business formal dress code, which I have to adhere to, but I've been slowly starting to branch out and dress more in my style. Luckily I have a pretty classic, clean look but I can't help but feel rebellious when I wear mules or sneakers with my dress.

TGIF,
