Heading home for the July 4th weekend! It's been so nice to head out to the country every weekend, especially when myDad and sister have been sacrificing their time to shuttle me back and forth.

Playing with my LMD X Moda Operandi Box! Kjersti gave this to me as a gift and it was so incredibly generous and thoughtful (and OMG totally stunning). I was so bummed when I had to cancel my class with him, so this is a really special and thoughtful gift.

Holding myself back from shopping. I can always find an excuse to shop, but I'm having to talk myself out of it more and more. Being a natural spender is hard when you are determined to stick to a budget, but I can build a clothing allowance sinking fun in the future. At least, that's what I keep telling myself!

Looking at how I can update my apartment on a budget. I love how my apartment truly feels like a home. I feel like I'm thisclose to finishing it, or getting as close to finished as I can in a rental, but I still haven't figured out storage solutions. There are also a few more small details that I'd love to do, but I'm waiting to figure out if I am staying here for another year.

Celebrating my new haircut! After a full year of not getting my hair cut I finally made it to the salon. I had an appointment scheduled months ago, the week the lockdown started, and have been eager to get back. While I was talking out of chopping it all off, I'm still pretty excited that it's 8in shorter than it was yesterday!
