Currently....

Blanking on what to write here today. It's hard to come up with a new Currently post each week when my every day life is so uneventful (thankfully!). I strive to be authentically me here, so maybe I'll just embrace a slow writing day like I've definitely embraced living a much slower paced life.

Yearning for Spring to finally get here! Was anyone else shocked to read about the Polar Vortex that is set to roll in this weekend? I'm ready for sunnier, warmer days that are hopefully just around the corner.

Celebrating Mother's Day another time. My poor Mom hasn't had a true Mother's Day in over a decade. She's super mom and was a Saratoga crew regatta regular, cheering one of her kids on up until last year. This was supposed to be the year we celebrated her properly, but that obviously won't be happening with us all scattered about. We will just need to celebrate when we can all be together again!

Applauding myself for saying NO to the oh so tempting Molly Moorkamp sale. Considering I've wanted the Morning Glory print dress for over a year this was a major, major feat. While I wish I could support MM right now, I need to focus on my emergency fund and weathering this current storm. Once I feel more comfortable in my current situation I will open my budget to a treat here or there! I'd pay full price for that dress anyway.

Thinking of ways to improve my blog. I don't share any of my own images here (only on the towerhouse instagram) but am open to sharing more outfit posts and product posts of my own. This is something I'd probably be more open to once I launch the new towerhouse website...which may be awhile. Stay tuned for more!
