Wednesday Night Party Planning: Easter

Easter is a big deal in our house. Not only is it a major holiday and one of my favorites, but we have around 80 or so family members over to celebrate and participate in the famous an egg hunt. For obvious reasons it won't be happening this year (my Mom is currently referring to it as the Easter that wasn't) but I can still dream of a fun fete for next year.

I would love to give my mom an Inslee Fariss Easter egg. Inslee is her favorite artist and I know my mom would love to add one to her collection.  

My dad's favorite part of Easter (aside from setting up the egg hunt, of course) is the Malted Milk Eggs. I found this malted milk chocolate ice cream recipe on my pinterest feed that looks like a fun treat he would enjoy! 

Like almost all of my friends and family, I love a good craft. I thought these bunny butt planters were would make for an adorable and a really fun take home for everyone!

Any Molly Moorkamp dress would be perfect Easter attire. Above is the Dodie Shift in the Perennial Pots pattern, one of my favorite dress styles and perfect for the occasion. 

Year after year my mom goes all out with flowers. Just when I think she's perfected the flower game, she manages to outdo herself. I can only imagine the festive flowers she will plan for next year.
