Party Planning: Cheese Plates

When I was planning what I wanted to serve for book club, a cheese plate was a non-negotiable. They are delicious, easy to snack on, and goes with any meal. However, it feels inevitable, to me at least, that whenever I'm searching for inspiration I stumble on a fabulous cheese plate with no clue how to execute. Seems familiar to you, too?
